  • Welcome of the group at the Geysir Museum

  • Boat trip accompanied by a geyser employee to the nature reserve/stay there/geyser eruption
  • Return to Andernach

At Geyser Museum in Andernach, you will learn everything about geysers and volcanism as well as the geoscientific phenomena and processes that create them at multimedia knowledge stations. You and your travel group will be thrilled by the design and presentation in the Geysir Museum. The museum rooms offer you elaborately produced and convincingly real-looking settings - from abandoned mines to crystal-covered slate caves.

A Geyser Expedition is particularly suitable for coach tours. As part of a day tour, you first visit the exciting Geysir Museum. Then enjoy a short, relaxing trip on the Rhine to the Namedyer Werth Peninsula. There you will then experience the spectacular eruption of the geyser.

After this experience, head off to Andernach. There is a lot to discover in this historic town, which has existed for more than 2000 years - from the beautiful old buildings to the idyllic banks of the Rhine. And don't miss the great cultural events in Andernach and the surrounding area.
