Service on board is unprofessional and ignores requests from guests. On 10.06 at 13:05 we have asked several times to open sun awnings. In the blazing sun and +30 degrees, the service team has made it clear to me - the health of guests (children and grandma ) dennen does not matter - they had "too much" orders.
