Experience Experience creates knowledge. True to this philosophy, the experimenta Science Center in Heilbronn offers a unique world of knowledge and experience for inquisitive people aged 3 to 103. On 25,000 square meters, young and old researchers can perceive the world with their senses, experiment to their heart's content and be amazed.
Researching and understanding
Workshops with fun
You can give free rein to your curiosity and urge to explore in our workshops. The focus here is on trying things out, experimenting and practical work. You will gain new experiences and deepen your knowledge.
Whether it's designing a watercraft, using the tricks from our magic box or building a heat cushion: science inspires! On board, you will learn how to work with pipettes and test tubes - just like in a real job.
This makes research fun!
By the way, you can hear what you can expect on board beforehand. We experimented with the microphone on the MS for you, looked around, asked questions and experimented.

It is a wonderful hands-on museum. Even small children can try things out and explore here. Older children and adults learn a lot of new things. The accompanying boat trip is a highlight.
